Sessions usually last for 60 minutes and are typically arranged on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on what feels most supportive for you. You are welcome to choose whether sessions take place in person or online via a secure and confidential platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This flexibility allows the work to fit naturally within your life and circumstances.

Fees for sessions are as follows:

​

• £60 per 1 hour session, payable at the end of each meeting.

• Discounts are available for children and young people - please get in touch to discuss.

Payment is required at the end of your session and can be paid by cash or card transactions. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee.

• If we’re able to rearrange your appointment within a 48-hour window from your scheduled session, no cancellation charge will apply.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or missed appointments without notice (Did Not Attend), may incur the full session fee.

I can accept: Cash, Debit and Credit card and Mobile Banking app transfer.

• There are two designated parking spaces by Ara House, or alternatively there is full use of the golf course car park for the duration of your session.

• There isn't a waiting room, so if you arrive early, please wait in the car park. Just before your session is due to start, I will meet you at the front door and show you to our room.
